This is a bit of a lengthy video. The actual lipoma begins to come out at 15:00 if you’d like to fast forward. If you are learning the procedure there is some value in seeing how things unfold. On a personal level, my chair was a bit low for this procedure and as I don’t have an adjustable bed my arms became a little bit tired towards the end of the procedure. This makes the procedure a bit more challenging and residents shoudl always consider setup in the event of a lengthier process.This healed up nicely without complication.
